Therefore, as part of its continuous efforts in achieving incorporated distinction through excellence and recognition, the association maintains the highest standards of integrity and personal conduct in all matters related to V & Vs and its subsidiaries.

All employees of V & V’s, and, directly or indirectly, with any of the subsidiaries should be governed by a set of guidelines established by the Code of Conduct V & V’S.

This Code of Conduct serves as a reminder to all employees of  V & V Rending S.A. to maintain the highest standards of integrity and personal conduct in all matters involving V & V’S. The violation of these values ​​may result in disciplinary action in accordance with existing local policies and laws against offenders and, in particular, against those who conceal or attempt to hide information against the interests of V & V Rending, S. A.
