Mr. Rogelio Gallo serves as a Board Director of V&V , participating in the investment review and approval process. Over his 11 year tenure at V&V, Mr. Gallo has held a variety of positions within the areas of corporate finance, now serving as the Managing Director of Finance & Administration Affairs. Mr. Gallo also participates as a Board Member for several V&V subsidiaries including Panama & Bunkering and Tanker Co.

Mr Gallo holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Chicago University, graduate of Metropolitan School of Business, Chicago, USA.

Certified covering latest ISPS (MTSA) regulations for Company Security Officer (CSO), Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO), Ship Security Officer (SSO) since 2008; 22 years experience in transactions for the purchase and sale of export products (commodities).

Since 1998, opens its new offices in the city of Miami to work directly in the maritime industry in negotiations such as cargo handling, vessel chartering, purchase and sales of bulkers and tankers, ship management. With the main product of fossil fuels as well as raw materials, heavy machinery, grains and frozen.

As a backup has associated offices in other countries such as the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Peru, Honduras, Panama, Spain, Germany and Austria.
