V & V Rending S.A. Petroleum Corporation is an independent private entity responsible for the hydrocarbon interests of the members of its holding company in the world. As part of the global energy industry, we help supply the world with its essential oil and gas needs of the marketing and transport of these valuable natural resources, in Europe, North America , Caribbean area and others internationally.

V & V Rending S.A. was first established in 1998, was the result of 20 years of experience of its founder in global financial markets to bring together all the elements needed in the field of finance and the oil industry under one corporate umbrella. Our collective legacy spans over 25 years of unique contributions to the oil industry and to the financial markets.

V & V Rending S.A. International Petroleum Corp. (VVR) is a corporation of an economic character, run on a commercial basis and exclusively owned by its shareholders registered  and affiliated partners under joint collaboration agreements (JV).

This is a Holding company , resulting from the merger of several companies specializing in the oil industry, the merger based on the collective development, economic growth and expanding market segments in which it operates, which gathers professionals with extensive experience in all phases of the oil industry, transportation, shipping operations managers, supervisors & surveyors, naval experts, chemical engineers, mechanical engineers, expert analysts of financial markets, custom’s inspectors and international law firm,etc. and where all activities are focused on marketing of oil and gas, petrochemical, storage and transportation.

Today, we are working with our own structure and are fully integrated into the industry, with operations in many countries where we have direct our affiliated companies, partners, subsidiary companies specializing in operations and end consumers of great prestige and following all the canons of confidentiality and respect, having nowadays with a select team of 68 professional and operational set of 650 employees.

The Corporation is headed by its President, CEO and Chairman of the Board Mr. Pedro Luis Villar, who in turn reports to the Board of Directors to make strategic decisions focused on the fundamental objectives of the company and its partners.

V & V´s are an international company has to manage the full range of risks inherent to the industry. It is therefore, important that the Board has the right mix of skills and experiences to meet these challenges. V&V have a strong culture which helps us attract and retain skilled and motivated professionals. The V & V Board has a whole mixture of interpretations and responsibilities ranging from the financial sector, procurement, strategic investments, bilateral agreements, international relations, etc., until adequate selection of non-executive directors (Senior Professional), and is a matter of the recommendations of the Board after approval of the Appointments of members of the corporation.

The Senior Professionals bring independent judgement to bear on issues of strategy, performance and resources, including key appointments and standards of conduct. We require our Senior Professionals that are free from any relationship or situation that may materially interfere with the exercise of independent judgment and search options for our corporation
